Bank Account Details, Debit/Credit Card
The user agrees that the debit or credit card details provided
by him or her for the use of the above-stated services must be
correct and accurate and that the user shall not use a credit
or credit card, that is not owned by him/ her lawfully and
that the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner
thereof. The user also agrees and undertakes to provide the
correct and valid debit or credit card details, whichever applicable
The user may pay the application or initial fees to Edmissions by using a
credit/debit card or through an online banking account. The user agrees,
warrants and confirms that when he or she initiates a payment
transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides
his or her card/ bank details:
The user is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit or debit card, bank account for such transactions;
The user is responsible to ensure that the card or bank account details provided by him or her are accurate;
The user authorizes the debit of the nominated card or bank account for the Payment of fees selected by such user along with the Fees that are applicable.
The user is responsible to ensure that sufficient credit is available on the nominated card or bank account at the time of making the required payment to allow the payment of the dues payable or fees dues selected by the Applicant inclusive of the applicable fee.
In no circumstances and no legal theory (whether be in Contract, Equity,
Negligence, other wrongful action like Vicarious liability or any
other theory of liability) shall the directors, employees, officers,
affiliated or subsidiary companies be liable for any direct, incidental,
consequential, indirect or penal damage resulting from any security
breach or any other security intrusion, or any virus, bugs, other malicious
software or tampering, intrusion or any other technical malfunctions.
Edmissions has no control over its Partners or other entities which
grant visas, permits, admissions, or authorizations in relation to
the Application. Users acknowledge that success of their application is
solely within the ambit of such third parties and not Edmissions, and
therefore Edmissions is not liable for the status of your Application.
